2. Which areas do you cover?

3. How quickly will I receive a quote?

We focus exclusively on new roofing installation, both flat and pitched roofs. We do not carry out repair work as a standalone service. If you require a full new roof as part of a wider building project, this is something we can discuss.

8. What is included in your project management service?

We manage the entire project from start to finish, coordinating trades, materials and scheduling on your behalf. You will have a single point of contact throughout, receive regular updates on progress and be informed immediately if anything needs your input or decision. Every project is documented with a progress pack that records the build at each stage.

9. How do you ensure quality throughout the build?

We work closely with building inspectors and project managers throughout each project. Progress is documented at every stage, and our subcontractors are held to the same quality standards we hold ourselves to. We do not sign off on a project until the work meets our standards.

10. What happens with health and safety on site?

All Build Tech projects are managed to a high standard of health and safety. Our sites are properly set up and maintained throughout the build to protect both our clients and our workforce.

11. Can you help if my insurer needs a contractor to carry out or price work?

Yes. We carry out insurance claim work for clients whose insurance company requires a local contractor to price or complete building work following a claim. Get in touch, and we will discuss what is involved.
